Harris LeBlanc graduated from LSU with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in the Spring of 2021. He is currently participating in the Mechanical Engineering Accelerated M.S. program. Harris' research focuses on the bioreactor scale-up of a novel method to maximize production of Malonyl-CoA, which is a building block for numerous industrially-useful chemicals. This research relates to his interest in commercialization of emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and product design.
